Understanding ManageMore Onboarding Packages
ManageMore Business Software is an ERP solution that offers several comprehensive business applications that work together as one system to automate your entire operation. Your sales department (aka Cash and Carry), customer service, warehouse management, route and delivery, ecommerce, mobile outside reps, and accounting department each have a specific function to do. Each business is unique and you may or may not utilize all business functions that ManageMore offers you from day one. Beside the software licensing fees, you are required to select the onboard package that best fits your current needs to get up and running with ManageMore. Smaller operations may have a few employees that deal with a few of the business tasks mentioned, while larger established businesses may be fully staffed to have particular employees exclusively tasked to one of these business functions. Every business will fall somewhere in this spectrum of shared employee responsibilities for multiple tasks OR key employee(s) and manager(s) responsible for one specific job being performed on a daily basis.
Intellisoft offers two different onboarding packages when you purchase our system. Choosing the right onboarding package from the beginning can make a big difference on how smoothly your operation will run when you go live with our ERP system.
We typically recommend our clients who need up to a 10-user software license or less to choose our Basic Onboard package which includes one scheduled 2 hour online training course and some additional telephone support when you go live. Larger Operations that need more than a 10-user software license will very likely need to consider the Complete Onboard package when you purchase the software. This onboarding package provides three 2-hour sessions to better train staff with different responsibilities on a daily basis. The complete onboarding package also allows for a more detailed training on how to best automate your business for each department using the software. In either case, telephone technical support cannot be used to substitute for either onboarding package.
OPTIONAL: Intellisoft also offers a 1 day onsite onboarding package (not a substitute for the basic or complete onboarding package.) This provides your organization a hands-on approach with a ManageMore expert at your facility for 8 hours. Use this service for additional training, ManageMore oversight, and/or consultation by an expert on how to best utilize ManageMore for all of your departments. Please call our sales team at 305-471-5111 for more information regarding our 1 day onsite onboarding service.
