Unsuccessful Software Validation
If you have reached this web page, then you are likely having software validation problems with ManageMore Business Software and can no longer access your program.
Per your license agreement, ManageMore Business Software periodically requires an internet connection to confirm the authenticity of the software license. The software attempts to send non-sensitive information to our dedicated internet server to verify the authenticity of your license. This validation process only takes a few seconds and uses the common internet port 80 to communicate.
Below, we have listed possible scenarios that could be causing your software to not validate properly.
Possible Scenario | Solution |
---|---|
You are a registered user who did not have an internet connection for a prolonged period of time and as a result have been locked out of the software. | Simply connect to the internet and re-attempt to run the ManageMore software. Note: If you can open a web browser on your pc and visit any website, then you should have no issue with validating your software license. |
You are a registered user who has an internet connection and are not sure why the software was unable to communicate properly for authentication. | Firewall hardware/software can sometimes be responsible for blocking applications from communicating to the internet. If you are using Firewall Software (e.g. BlackIce, Outpost, Zone Alarm, Kaspersky, Norton, etc.), then you should disable it in order to let ManageMore validate the software license. As a permanent solution, you should instruct your firewall software to allow ManageMore access to the internet on port 80. |
