Setting up Web Ticket Types allows you to address these on the backend, with the results being visible to your customers online.

General
Ticket Type
Enter an ID for the type of ticket you want to create here.
Description
Enter a description for the type of ticket here. The ticket descriptions will be seen by your customers on a drop-down list when they fill out a ticket on your website.
Default Employee
Enter or select an employee by ID who should receive tickets of this type when they come in.
Days Until Due
Enter or select the number of days after receiving a ticket of this type that the ticket should then become.
